If you wish to return or exchange an item you must contact our customer service at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery; please allow 3 business days for our team to contact you.
In your email, please let us know your name, order number and the reason for the return. You must receive authorization from our team prior to returning any items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Proceed to return the items within 7 days of receiving authorization – please provide tracking number. Returns shipped after 7 days will not be accepted. We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for any fees to ship it back to us. We are not responsible lost items, so please purchase insurance for your package as you see fit.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, with no stains, with no odor (perfume, cigarettes, etc.).
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a Store Credit in the form of a Demure by Laura E-Gift Card (minus shipping).
Once your Store Credit is issued you can start a new purchase process.
If the returned item is deemed unacceptable, the buyer must pay for the items to be shipped back or it will be donated to a local charity.
If you wish to make an exchange, you need to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange, returns or refunds.
Items purchased at Pop-Up Events are considered Final Sale.
Shipping costs can only be refunded/covered in case of defective products or wrong order.
Demure by Laura is not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost (or you received an email stating it had been delivered, yet you did not receive it) please contact carrier directly.
Ensure address is correct before making your purchase. If the address provided is incorrect and items are returned to us, store credit (minus shipping) will be given and your order will be canceled.
E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for money.
No refunds will be issued for E-Gift Card.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or wrong items were sent. Please provide pictures for evaluation.
